CONVERSION SERVICES

We offer our clients a complete range of backfile and day-forward records conversion services. Depending on specific requirements, these services can be provided at either our production facility or on-site at your location.

Our services including digitization of Source Documents using Barcode Reading and Forms Processing (OCR/ICR) technologies; Data Entry and Indexing; electronic Image File Format Conversions for organizations upgrading or changing systems or faced with the year 2000 problems; Data File Format Conversions allowing informaiton to be available across different software/word processing

We offer a wide range of consulting services for our clients including requirements analysis for backfile or day-forward document conversions; systems recommendations; logistics, planning and implementation of data and document conversions.

Our strategic partnerships with other successfull imaging software and hardware supply companies provide our customers with the most cost efficient conversion and retrieval systems available in the marketplace.

The originals can be scanned at the customer's specified resolution from 200-600dpi (dots per inch) into the required file format (.tiff, .gif, etc.) and delivered on CD-ROM, ready to be uploaded into their retrieval system or web server. We convert any type of source document to "open system" electronic digital images including:

Automated Forms Processing using OCR/ICR (optical character recognition/intelligent character recognition) technology allows us to provide our customers with a competitive alternative to traditional data entry to capture important data. We capture and process information stored in barcodes and forms for exporting and uploading into our clients' relational or SQL data base systems. Additionally, we can provide the traditional data entry services, manually capturing important index information from the image, exporting a flat ASCII text file delimited and arranged per our customer's specified requirements.

We offer image file format conversion services to "open system"(standard TIFF, etc.) and/or HTML for those clients who need to upgrade from older, proprietary systems,especially cutomers faced with the problem of the year 2000 date format not supported in the older mainframe environments.
